Nalgene ships orders within the United States. Standard Shipping is free.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. After shipment, Standard Shipping normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and United States federal holidays are not business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Address changes

If an address is incorrect, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

Delays, loss, damage, and incorrect delivery

If tracking is delayed, the parcel appears lost, it arrives damaged, or it is delivered incorrectly, contact us with the order number and relevant details. For damage, include photos. We will review the carrier information and explain the next step.
